Look on Youtube for a vid of the late Joey Anderson tying the Texas Avocado. Perhaps that is what you're after. It is black and chartr tail (hackle) and black and chatr layered nylon/rayon for a body. Chartr head also I think. Hope this is of help.

In the past few years, I saw a chenille jig that had a solid black chenille top and solid chartreuse bottom. I thought I had saved instructions for tying it, but I can't locate it so I must not have. Does anyone know what this is called or can you tell me where to find instructions to tie it?
Thanks!
Respectfully,
dan
I only fish on days of the week that end with
a "Y" ...and then, only if it's raining or not.
