Thread: twain 8/26 , 8/27

had a wonderful weekend with the wife and another couple on mark twain . we spent most of the weekend in both the north fork & south fork areas of the lake , started off spider rigging in the trees next to deep water with some success , wife wanted to pull cranks so later in the morning so we tried staying shallow using arkie b220's and berkley flicker shads run between 50 & 60 foot back @ 1.5 to 2.0 mph with not so good of results as far as keepers but the little ones kept our interest up . Sunday morning we stayed in trees on main lake and jigged minnows . the fish were between 10 and 16 foot deep in 30 FOW . ended up bringing home enough for a dinner sunday
