    Lots of us who fish Greenwood have gotten to know Tom over the years. Whether running into him at the store or at the lake, he always has time to talk and give pointers.

    Nice article. Sounds like he's got that wintertime fishing down to a science. I believe we have a few more onboard that fishes that same way with similar results too. Thanks for sharing.Thumbs Up

    I have caught a lot of big bream on his slab tail jigs last Saturday at a DNR lake near my home. Never a slab crappie on em though

    Just tried out my Fishstalker 5'10" awesome super sensitive great on light bites
    my other rods would not have even moved or not have felt it either
    glad I ordered a set of 3 of them
    caught a small mess of keepers under the bridge in hot water temperatures

    what reel do you use on them?

    I tried the new Zebco 33 micro gold the drag was week, I re-spooled the line using half the amount as original line (red cajun4 changed to mr crappie hi-vis 4)
    the drag was more effective and line cant be pulled out so easy.

    Fun way to fish. I have several of these rods mainly use 2lb test line and 1/64 oz jigs.
