Thread: anyone on Mark Twain recently?

We were down in the southfork area saturday and just pulled cranks all day with some success , 10 over 10" went home with us , nephew really enjoyed it .

My father in law limited out before 10AM yesterday. He said they were all nice fish which I found out over the years means over 8". He fishes MT regularly and when I go with him I have a hard time catching any fish with size and I see that was a complaint of the last big tourney on MT. He only uses jigs generally black and chartruese. Last time I was there I caught a lot of fish on anything with red or pink and had to down size my jig head. Keep saying we are going to go to Thomas Hall but havent made it there yet.

bymo was there yesterday to do stuff on boat and he and his wife caught their limits as did his buddies there. on trees off main lake points near deep water near the bottom on minnows. Not huge but limits of 9 to 10 + fish is solid.

my buddies say T hill is slow off rocks, not sure about rest of lake. will be there for week around labor day, will have reports then. killed them last dove season off of shore.
