    Was a nice morning but me and the wife didn't find one fish that wanted a boat ride today! I got one nibble and that's it. Good to be on the water though.

    Still beats a day at work though. The MS river is rising again. That's why I'm working on tree stands this weekend. Once it gets back below 15 ft at the BR scale it won't affect OR. Shouldn't be long until it turns on again. I just hope it's before bow season.

    Yep really hoping to get a good fishing trip in before bow season. I've got 3 cameras out and I've had good bucks walk in front of each during the daytime. Looks like the river will drop down below 16 ft by next weekend. I might have to pull the cover off the boat 1 more time before bow season.
