    Default Flounder pounding at OKI

havent been reporting much as i have been either working, working on my house, or fishing the salt water.

took a CDC member last week and we had a good day catching a pile of flounder.

Just got back from 2 days. although i didnt burn them up, fish were caught after a lot of hard work. Did catch my personal best, and I am highly considering getting a replica mount as I am not a full time flounder pounder and probably will not catch another this big ever. time will tell.

The nearshore fishing is heating up. time to get out when the weather allows!!

Trying a new image hosting app. hope it works:

Very nice!! You don't see many flounder caught this size anymore. That's going to be some good eating.

Those are some really nice flounder! Congrats on your personal best! I also like that red you caught. How about a before and after(cooked) shot, blackened flounder sounds good to me. LOL What type flounder is that? Thanks for the report and pics.

Those are very nice flounder. Looking at the pictures gives me the itch to bring out the saltwater rods and walk the beach throwing tandem rigged bucktails with Gulp Swimming Mullets. Maybe this Fall.
