Thread: Shoot the bull thread

I might smoke a brisket tomorrow, we'll see. After all, it's been 3 -4 weeks since the last one I did. The only stipulation is that Ann must make me a cheesecake. She makes a good one, the home made baked ones are the best. This time around will require fresh blueberries on top.
