Put him on that diet plan I did. 360 to 140 in 6 months. A pants size 38X32 to a 30X32 that wanted to fall off without a belt. That was in 2005, I now top out at 195 during the winter and 160 during the summer.
Be a pallbearer for a few of your fat friends and you won't want to be a burden to your other friends.
