House coming along. Inside mostly trimmed and painted. Installing lights and fans. Install cabinets friday. Install floor as soon as it comes in.Install white panel shutters on all windows not on porches. Then install final plumbing.Build front and rear steps. Erect shop and pour driveway while waiting on quartz counter tops. Move in. Rest and fish. Work over yard to dress out and smooth out. Continue befriending and helping out neighbors, esp. our couple next door who we love. They are 91/93 and celebrated 72 years of marriage last month. Sweetest couple. She was still cutting grass. I took over her yard and car wash duties and anything else I am blessed to be able to do for them. Also she still drives regularly, up to 60 miles. Landscape next spring. Pics are front, front porch, door will be painted a copper dark orange, back porch, back yard and shop slab poured today.

That's a very purty house D!! I really like the color of the brick you selected. Also a good thing you squeezed fishing into that job list...gotta take a little time to recharge now and then.Hope you enjoy the fruits of your labor my friend!
Very nice "D", looks like y'all will be comfortable. Thanks for the update.

That pond has crappie and bass in it. Caught a few already. Neighbors said use it like it is yours. The duck seed will run off when it over flows into a creek. Couple spots on the creek to bream fish also. "G" I wish we would have built the shop first. I did that at the last house. Thanks fellows.
Yep, that first step is a bugger. Lookin' good. Looks like you picked a nice neighborhood. Let us know when you have the house warming.
