    Default What the heck is this fish!!!!! Need biologist input?


    Caught this today on a perch colored crankbait in KY lake. I'm guessing that it is a member of the carp family, but an internet search turned up nothing?

    It appears to be a grass carp with a deformed head. haha, and as I type this I see mrdux has already hit the nail on the head!

    Don, it appears to be a deformed grass carp from the body shape and scales.
