Yep, should be safe on a hull, but you may want to polish afterward....

I tried this stuff on the scum line on my old skeeter with no success it cleaned everything else on the boat fine.it might have worked better if there was of it some gel coat left on the bottom of it.the only thing that will turn it back white is the hull cleaning stuff from wally world.

I love Totally Awesome, if for nothing else, then for the fact that the bottle of concentrate, when listing what all it will clean up, lists BLOOD STAINS as #1. As if that was exactly what I was looking for.

But when it comes to the hard stuff, if SUPER CLEAN won't take it off, then take it to the house- it ain't coming off.

If awesome doesn't totally remove the scum line you can use these to help cut the scum also. Mr Clean Magic Eraser pads and a little elbow grease. Now this will take whatever is on the aluminum so you may need to wax it afterward to keep a shine. I don't wax I just re clean the scum off when needed.

I used it on a boat that had been left in the ware awhile, didn't do much good. Hull Cleaner from Starbrite for those tough stains..works great.

You cracker jacks have been driving me nutz over Totally Awesome.....Looked in some usual retail stores for it ,no go...Tried Dollar General,no go....Finally called Dollar Tree and they carry it but the chicky on the phone says it sells so good they can't keep it on the shelf. She told me to go online, order it shipped to the store and they will call me when it comes in.I absolutely can't wait to try the stuff.......Whew
