    Default Jordan or Harris


    Well I officially have Friday off and I'm gonna be headed out in the morning, does anyone have any suggestions on either of the two lakes. I am targeting crappie but if all else fails I will switch to gills on Harris, thanks for the help guys.

    I had pretty good luck @ Harris last Saturday. Found them stacked up on submerged brush and weeds in aboout 10 foot of water. Was trolling jigs and minnows over the top of it. Caught 30 crappie & 12 white perch. Most of the crappie were 2/3 to 3/4 pounders but 6 were over the 1 pound mark. Overall it was a good day, UNTIl the jet skies, tubers and pleasure boats took over the lake!

    That sounds like a good time to me, I have never had any luck on Harris with the crappie but I never really gave it a chance after I started fishing Jordan. The sunfish on the other hand I have no problem.

    Had good luck lat Jordan again last Sat.
    Caught 65 crappie and 5 perch. Biggest
    1.7 lb.

    Maz were you fishing the main lake or still in the channels?
