Steve, are your plugs 3 prong? The wiring has to match up or nothing will work. I'd look at them and make sure the wires are on the right connection port. They are marked 1,2 and 3 on the plug. Check them to match your wires. If one has red wire to num. 1 then you should have the same on the other plug. My example my not be accurate but you get what I'm saying. Trace it down.

Remember a few posts back when I said they were both 24V?
I was wrong, I asked the guy I bought the Terrova from and he said it was 12V......in fact then he came over to see if he could help me figure it out......remember I also said I wasn't very electronic savvy?
It looks like I fried the circuit board. Now I need to take the TM to a service center to have them determine and fix my problem.
If I knew for certain it was fried, I could order and install one.....but that goes back to me not being electronic savvy.
