    I have just about every brand, bang for buck, i prefer pflueger, but it all depends what your looking to spend on a reel. I know inkdabber and some buy the unbranded reels from asia on ebay and are priced right, just need to be patient on shipping.

    Most any reel under 25 dollars will do the trick. Don't go to small as you will have trouble with line coming off the reel when you cast. I like the Diawa Swept fire for around $25.00 spooled with 6 lb test line.
