I live about a mile below the Spring Bayou dam and I had @ 2 1/4" rain. I left the house this evening and was able to pass over the dam, the water was dirty to the launch at Bay Sec then cleared up to the normal root beer colored water still as high as it was when you fished last week. I fished Te Lac last week fishing bull brim and could have sunk the boat if I had enough crickets. Give the nice lady on the number posted in the picture, She can give you the pituculars I'm going to be fishing by myself your welcome to join me. Hope to see you there. Thanks Chip

I hear you. I enjoy pulling cranks, spider rigging, long lining, drop shot on brush piles, etc. for the crappie. Also enjoy going out with a basket full of crickets on occasion. Or, I should say, this time of year I'll tote shiners and crickets. I go out to enjoy myself, not to fill the freezer.
