    Other day I went out with my freshly charged deep cycle ready to fish but battery was dead on the remote. Just fyi fosters on hwy 300 doesn't have 2032 batteries

    Been there, done that. Now I keep spares in my boat. I also solder those connections. All crimped connections at the battery are subject to corrode eventually, sometimes making it hard to find a bad connection when at a glance they look good.
