Lacking the hardware may be a good clue Next if you have any (more) hassles with them they probably won't honor the warranty. Where did you order them from might I may ask, if not previously mentioned? Obviously not Mr. Gene EZ, cause you would have been done right the first time. Hint for anyone in the future viewing this thread, not saying yours are knockoffs at all, but it seems it may be possible

I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding how a chair that comes in a millennium box that is the same model. That Says the name on the chair itself. Be a knock off. Just don't see that being possible. Unless someone can prove it I guess

Them fellers overseas have got it figured out. Find a product that sales well, take a copy over to another factory and duplicate and sell it to big box stores. Pretty sure that is what happened

    Default Millennium boat seat question?

Jhill wouldn't be any problem reproducing, box, printing on chair.... probably take less than an hour. Then you could do thousands a day.Of course I wouldn't do it, because that's stealing.
    However it is simple.

Guess what..... I found my hardware. I hadn't even pulled the chairs apart until today. I grabbed em out of the box and flipped them over to mount them and never even pulled the strap off em. They were wedged in the closed seat.

Bought two salt waters for my boat. Says 400 lbs. Very first day a client is 450 lbs. Said seat was great and I was relieved it didn't break.

Because Millenium has no deal with Walmart. If you look at Walmarts web site most of that stuff is sold not by Walmart but through Walmart by 3rd party vendors. Just like here while back vendor was selling knockoff titelock od holders through Walmart. Took Millenium a lot of time and money to get it stopped. Just like ducker said they steal and copy anything that's made over there and is selling. And you will not have any warranty on any of that stuff bought through Walmart.
