    Default Mark Twain 5/20

Fished from noon til 7pm. Caught fish everywhere I stopped but as you can see from the pic they have some growing to do. I did manage 4 10 inch fish. Started out single poking a jig but not much action so I switched to rigging minnows. With 4 rods out I had to pay attention or I would never see these little guys bite. Most fish were in 20-25 ft and anywhere from 7-12 ft down. Water was very murky and anywhere from 62-66 degrees. Fun day on the water.

Still fun! Sometimes when that happens to me I go deeper and pick up the bigger ones 4-5 ft below the little ones . Also sometimes rigging a jigs tipped with a minnow will attract the bigger ones

I tried jigs with a noblest but not tipped with a minnow. Will do next time.
