Had a pretty good morning. Water temp.80° this morning. Found fish in 6 to 8 foot water 4 foot deep to start off the morning. Then moved out to 12 and 13 foot water later in the morning fish were about 7 foot deep to finish out my 30 fish limit today. Wind was from the east southeast 5 to 8 mph. Never know about fishing I was really surprised to be able to catch a limit this morning. I only found one small fish with eggs this morning so maybe the spawn is over. With the water temp. warming up the fish will soon be going into their summer time pattern. Grandson in picture is showing me what to do. Won't be long till I will have to teach him how to catch a crappie. Hope everyone is have a good year fishing.

IS IT AT THE STATE PARK ?
CATCH THEM ALL.
This is a reservoir located in Quitman, Mississippi. About 25 miles south of Meridian ,Ms. It is a Pat Harrison waterway. PHWD | Home
A somewhat small 450 acre flood control reservoir that was built in the early 70's. it got it's name Archusa from a small creek that mainly feeds it.
It has crappie, bass, bream, and catfish in it. They are 4 cabins and several RV camping sites on it as well as some primitive camping sites for the diehard campers.
Be glad to see some of my fellow crappie.com'er out on the lake. Here is the web site check it out:

We do also have a State Park called Clarkco State Park: it has a 65 acre lake
