Default Is night fishing good during the Summer?

I just recently started night fishing under the bridge. Did well in March and April, but no luck this past Saturday in May. I was told that it's a good bite year round. I did not experience that. Interested to hear from the veterans.

I have only night fished at Lake Russell, but live fairly close to Hartwell and Lanier.

Go to the Carolina forum and look for 'NIGHTSTALKING'. Those guys are the night fishing vets!

Have had good luck on russell, at middleton bridge and at pearl mill bridge also. 40 years ago it was impossible to fish any bridge because of volume of boats. Also then people stood on bridges and fished straight down, this was common on hartwell and lanier. Night fishing seems to be in a gradual decline, over the last decade.
