Thread: Catwalk...What I have been doing....

We love our cat....so, when Didi trimmed the lower branches of the sago palms it took away some of the places our cat loved to lay down for a mid day nap....cats like to be under a protective cover.....they also like to be up high....so, I came up with a new perch for him....got a couple of things left to do on it (like paint the pole)....he will use the 14" high brick wall for the first step up.....the other step ups are 17"....the artificial tree is one we had in the house that we were going to dispose of....used a piece of cardboard to design the top shelf to fit around the trunks....just a trial and error deal....used 1/2" treated plywood and 2" PVC pipe....used a toilet flange to support the bottom step....used spray on contact cement to attach the carpet....I already had the carpet and contact cement left over from another project....so, not many $$$ expended....

I know, I know...I got to much time on my hands....
