    Default The Cats did not disappoint us on the Bonne


    The Grand Daughter could not make up her mind --- Friends at Church or Catfishing ---- She went fishing ..... The Landing and the Lake was DESERTED ----- The first boat passed us after 10 am ... the Depth finder looked like a Thermocline at the area we like to fish ,,, and no bites. Getting out of the channel on the sandbar Flats... We did good with 34 Keepers. when we started we slowly Motored through a stump field and threw a marker Bouey on a pair of stumps Littered with Fish in 16 feet of Water. When we came back to fish it the spot was loaded with Cats about 18 inches and lots had eggs. Angie was keeping Count when she caught the first fish,, and Bro did not get a bite till Noon, but he was helping Angie.... we came to the House at 2 pm to Clean the fish in the Shade and wound up with 11 1/2 pounds of filets and a Gallon bag of Little Eaters. Angie Crashed as soon as she knew how many we caught------ I like to Call Her a Whimp ---- keeps her on her Toes!!!!
