Sorry to see you giving it up Vic. I know how good that stuff can make you feel. You might keep that 5wt and get a WF line for some crappie and bluegill. I love mine, and it's nowhere near the quality of yours. Amazing how aggressive a bluegill will hit a popper or ant, and I tie a Crappie Candy that also works real good.

I forgot to add that the rod is a Temple forks rod.

Thanks for the vote of confidence but I have neck and shoulder issues that keep me from fly fishing, haven't been in 3 years.

Are you willing to split it up? I agree with Skeet, that rod isnt costing you anything and someday down the road you may regret selling it. I dont need the rod or case but am interested in the vest, flys etc. PM me and let me know.

I love my Temple Fork, Lefty Kreh pro series rod. It casts like a much more expensive rod. I've got the same 9' 4 piece 5 weight rod as you do and it is wonderful on more that just trout. I got it for trout fishing but have used it quite a bit for bream fishing and have caught some smaller bass on it. Your outfit will make someone a happy camper!
