Cool Found a few on Wheeler

Found a nice mess of Crackers, Bream and a few crappie the other day on Wheeler. These fish were in 18 FOW. Using crickets below a piece of lead. Would count down the cast and slowly reel it in. Fish were stacked in a cut next to a clay bank waiting to spawn. Interesting how they were all mixed in there. Buddy took them all home, fish counter said he had 83 to clean for 4 hours of fishing. I wasn't going to go that day, but he had the boat ready and convinced me I needed to go.

Sounds like a great day BobD. Bream and crackers are my favorite fish to eat especially fried whole. Finally out of a 2 week shutdown at work. Gonna go tryem next week hope we get on them.
