    Default Fishing Wednesday

Wednesday looks like the only good day this week to fish. Trying to decide where to go. Thought about trying the hill on more time or make a trip to wateree to fish for catfish. What you all think and does anyone want to join me. Have boat willing to travel. Don

If all goes right I'll be on Wylie with my brothers, trying to pick up a few crappies. Don't know about this rain this afternoon what it will cause. Good luck to you where ever you decide to go!

Gonna be on cane creek tomorrow. Catfish on wateree sounds good for you with moving water. Should be fun

The cabelas kingkat tournament took 193 pounds to win the 2 day super event on wateree this weekend. Top teams were all up in cedar creek.

Just fish where the weigh in was. All those cats had to be released close to there.

Clearwater marina, but most the cats migrate upriver to spawn. Would be interesting to tag a couple.

There was plenty of cats hitting my jigs this weekend, found some healthy ones lower down the lake, but still small by wateree standards with a couple between 10-15 lbs

Thanks for the replies. I am not wanting to fill the boat but would like to catch some. I love to eat the smaller ones. Still thinking about the hill for some crappies.
