I sat out Sunday, and will again today, because it just seemed like a bad idea to go... Do you think things might settle down again, by tomorrow?

Never a bad day to go. Just some are better than others
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and

CATCH THEM ALL.
Lol, nice job 4THETHUMP, what I said Saturday, you never know. Most automatically assume a cold front shuts them down. Heck, they wasn't doing much before the front from what I could tell. At least the weather was a bit cooler today and you caught a mess of fish to boot. And I saw about 12-15 bass guys heading yawls way yesterday on I-55. Figured I wouldn't mention it and discourage anyone from fishing.
Well doggone it, I just had too much to do today... I will be back in action tomorrow... But, gonna let the Rez rest, while the bass guys have at it... Probably headed south a ways!
Didn't know there was anything south .
Yep, the trip produced ten nice whites, and a dozen oversized channel cats... Wish I could get on the water there about 4 AM, cause I would probably load the boat... State park, so the gates are locked till 6 AM.
