I usually do quite a bit of night fishing in the summer June-August but never been this early in the year just wondering if anyone on here does and if so do you have much luck. Where do you normally set up this time of year.

I am going to cedar lake in NE Alabama. In the summer I usually set up along some timber near the creek channel or on a big point in 20-30 FOW. Is this the same kind of setup you use his time of year. Or do you go to shallower water. Were you going Sat
I would start there and give it 1hour then move one shallower

We do quite a bit of night fishing In the summer as well. We had some free time so we decided to go last night. We fished 8-10 ft down in 15 ft of water on a fallen tree, not even a bite. I thought about going in shallower but didn't. Finally Moved to 18 ft of water near pier and fish started biting. Caught 1/2 a dozen in an hour. Fish were 8-10ft down. Good luck, Hope you catch a bunch.
A few from
last nite. They were finicky but we coaxed them. Really had to move and search

Hey Bama, would you mind sharing with me how you approach your night fishing? Do you spider rig with lights, or just
anchor out over brush piles or schools?
I fish lights only at lights. Just keep jumping till I find them
Bama, so you just jump back and forth from different dock lights? Are you using live minnows?
Jogs. You have to figure out depths
