    Default Good Inexpensive Filet Knife

Bought one of these filet knives at WalMart just to try out. Only 14.87 so I figured what the heck. I cleaned the 60 big crappie I caught this Friday and Saturday with it and for the money, it works like a champ. Ran right through those Hawgs without a hitch. The only thing bad was the position on the blade release buttons. I hit it a few times with my hand while fileting the fish and one side of the blade released. No big deal, but for less than 15 bucks not much to complain about. They only had one at the Walmart in Batesville so I when I went to Oxford to eat, I stopped at the Wally World there and got another one. They had 3. My buddy Crazy Coop bought one too.

I go even cheaper than that, I buy a black and decker electric knife out of the Kitchen equipment section, $11.96. It works great, and when the blades are dull, chunk the whole thing In the trash and buy another one cheaper than replacement blades. Cleaned hundreds of fish with the one I have now.
