Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.
I have been really pleased with this one from Milwaukee Tool
Check before you buy.
Most can't be rebuilt, no replacement parts.
If they offer an extended guaranty, buy it, you'll need it.
I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a spotlight that plugs into navigation plug . Has a cordless remote that adjust 360 and up/down. Kinda pricey , but love the concept. West Marine sells them.
Ken ,are you using the light to see jugs at night ? If so go to lowes and get some reflective strips and put a ring on the pvc. you can see mine a mile .

If for jugs, I have modified mine to clip on the glow sticks, can buy em bulk for cheap. no light until one tips up, looks pretty cool too!
I bought some Peak brand rechargeable spot lights at an auction from an out of town vendor. I plugged them in to charge for 36 hours. One won't charge, the red charging light won't come on. The other 3 will charge, pull the trigger and watch the light dim and go out in less than 10 minutes. Let them sit for more than 24 hours and the light doesn't come on. I'll return them when the vendor comes back.
I made these out of pvc over 20 years ago. We were in the trucking Business most of my life so I took the reflective tape we used on our trailers. Thanks to the dot changing the law back in the day we had to buy it 500 ft at a time to do all our 53 ft trailers. I still have a little left and plan on making a few more jugs to replace a couple I've lost over the years. Need to repaint some also.
