And not much going on, Water was lightly stained up turkey creek, main lake some what clear, 54 dg. most placed, caught lots of white bass up turkey creek west side past the Island, that is a penusla now, lots of sun, not much wind, but the Crappie sure were tight lipped. Oh well spring time in the ozarks. gotta love it. As y'all know I don't really like the spawn, or the spring time fishing in general, So while y'all are having fun spring time fishing I shall be recuperating from surgery, planned it this way so I could miss the spring fishing, Kids and grandkids promised to help plant the box garden for me. so all is well. Now I have herd C.C. area is producing lots of spawn fish, parking lot full most days. get there early or come up from Ruark Bluff to get to your spot.

beagle man LIKED above post
where is the mysterious CC?
south end of the lake, big sac arm, turnback arm, west of greenfield on 160, to highway C.C. go north on C. C.
from the north take 39 south to greenfield, then as above, from the south take 39 north to greenfield the as above. carefull if you go water low, stumps just under the water, go slow.
Hope all goes well and we will have you a nice crappie dinner ready at camp.
