If they had boated all the keepers we had almost to the net it would have easily been a solid double limit.

Lots of the fish are females that have runny eggs, both shallow and deep.
I agree, my last trip on Ky we caught fish from 2' to to 25'. My only problem was trying to find a brush pile that didn't have a boat on it and two in line waiting to fish it. Then there is some people that don't mind joining you uninvited to fish with in casting distance, I wouldn't ever do that to anyone....... just saying. That's the only reason why I moved to less crowded waters.

I have to fish weekends because that is when clients want to fish. Sunday we were on good fish in 2 different bays and one of them was full of weekend warriors who covered us up any time they saw us catch one. It is infuriating to have boats run in, right in our trolling path, where we had to turn to go around them just because they saw us catch one. If I didn't just consider that a normal happening in the spring on KY Lake, I would have ulcers the size of basketballs.

Good catch Austin! I fished Ky Tuesday with my dad, we had 20 keepers in 3 hours, caught lots of small fish!, gonna hit Barkley tomorrow for a couple of hours, found some last Saturday in 16', hoping they're still there
