    A real fisherman would have challenged the storms as long as the fish were cooperating. At least I know I would have, but I've made many careless decisions when it comes to biting fish and weather. lol

    Yesterday I even thought about going this morning but later in the day watching the forecast the timing of those storms changed. It began raining here @ 8:45AM and hasn't stopped more than a few minutes. With age comes wisdom.....atleast that's my excuse.

    I see that you went back to store bought jigs. Guess those fancy Brett jigs just arnt fooling them!

    You're right
    I was running 7 rods
    1/16&1/8
    Almost all bites came on that jig
    It varies daily
    Last time a chartreuse tail I made was the best so I got busy and made a lot of them, nothing wanted it today
