    Default Archusa 3/28/2017 report

Well got a few more today. Water temp. was in the low 70's after a rain yesterday. Was warm this morning started out in the 70's and got up in the 80's pretty quick. In 5-6 foot water minnows and black and chartreuse curly tail jigs. By the time I got them all cleaned and in the house the fish were gone. When you have 4 kids, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. It don't take long for them to get gone. I love to catch them and they all love to eat em. Well I will be back on the water in the morning as a little old lady in my Church said Sunday that she would like some if I went fishing this week. Hope everyone is have a good time fishing I know I am.

Awesome catch, Scrat! How's the water level in your lake? I remember you had said they lowered it pretty good over the winter.

They raised it back up the last of February and with the creek feeding it it only took a short while to fill back up. It was at full pool this morning for sure after the rain we got yesterday also.

Come on down will be glad to have you and everyone else. Archusa has plenty of camping spots and 4 cabins to rent also. You may want to give them a call to check cabin availability. Check it out.
