I will almost bet its the guy who lives in the first house dock you come to south of the opening of Dix Creek. Worlds worst at putting out Yo Yo's and leaving them there every year. needs a visit from an AGFC officer.

of course, I missed that part. Just saw the comment as to how they were marked.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and
a gun the goes bang when it is supposed to go click.

I think it is the guy in the trailer with a white truck. May be both. One guy has now started putting up red yoyo's in the trees closer to the shore. He leaves his up as well. I agree it's not going to stop until an enforcement officer actually pays them a visit. The guy with the red ones is probably in sight and sound from his house if he lives right on the water.

Anyone out on Conway today? The local wildlife officers cleaned house today. Hopefully this will help the situation out there.

Thanks for all your help and attention Matt. Also, thank the enforcement officers. Paul

I was there today and was checked by the game wardens. Both were really nice guys, and had about 80 yo yo s when I spoke to them. We talked about the yoyos for a bit and it sounded like some
changes may be coming down the pipeline. I've been fishing that area over the course of a week now and have talked to several guys camped and running yoyos. Met one crappie.com member and got some good advice, thanks Robert.

We kept 12 all together. Turned several 9.5 inchers back. My better half showed up with her daughter after you left, and the daughter had fun operating the dip net. Hopefully the'll close the gates at the dam, I noticed some stumps sticking out of the water that weren't before. I'm more than ready for that new boat, my backs killing me from sitting in the little one.
FYI- I was legal, and fishing with rod and reels. Everyone I met that were fishing yoyo's there were courteous, friendly, and doing things the right way as far as I could tell. Obviously some other folks weren't hence the game wardens having 80 of them by the time I talked to them.
