    I love em well done and crispy cooked whole. This ones a little darker than usual, grease was old, but just right.

    Dang, that does look good. I need to start experimenting more with frying fish. That's similar to the way I like to eat big hybrid bream or bluegills. And the potatoes maybe are Yukon Golds? Italian dressing on fries, may have to give it a try, and wishbone is the best

    I love whole fish, that's the way I was brought up eating them. It was a right of passage as a child when you were allowed to eat your fish without Mama picking it from the bones for you. Gonna have to try the Italian dressing trick.
