    Default Need Help

Guys I wanna add a side mounted rod rack on my big boat for the long rods so I can switch from pulling cranks to spider rigging easier. Looking for suggestions or ideas. I've ruled out the tip savers. Not good enough. I need something that will hold at least 10 rods from 20 ft to 5ft. Thanks in advance
Thanks JD1 thanked you for this post

One other thing is I'd prefer for it to be off set so it runs along gun wall or slightly out side of it

You want a 20 foot long (inside dimension) box mounted on the seaside or on top of the gunnel, right? Something at least 40 inches high (inside) that will hold and protect ten rigged rods? Wow! This idea sounds more like the construction of a large sail, which it will become if you actually do it. Best of luck!

Toad, I might have misunderstood your request. Are you, by chance, crappie fishing from like, a destroyer? 'Cause then it might just work!

I have a Ranger Comanche. 520. Big glass boat I need a rod locker to hold all my trolling rods for pushing and pulling so it saves me set up and tear down time on the water

You can get custom ones built from driftmaster with Heavier steel bases and poles and also dual racks. Pretty much going to be your only options I would reckon.
