    Default Creeks in Dallas

Any decent creeks/ponds in north Dallas? I'm new to the area and looking for a spot to take my kids. Thanks!

Thank you sir. We have caught some crappie at Lewisville and Ray Hubbard but I was thinking something a little less crowded. Appreciate your help!

Rock Creek is a (or was several years ago) family friendly park and lake with some nice crappie in the Garland area.

Thank you Skip, however I am not new to Texas, just new to north Dallas. Kind of difficult to get to some of my old spots in southern metroplex and Waco as often as I would like

Oh sorry for the mistake, but there are a lot of lakes around DFW for sure including Fork is not all that far. I don't know the area for fishing though, but my kids live there. I pretty much stick to Toledo Bend where I live.

    Good luck,
