Got a late start today but the perch & crappies were biting pretty good. Fished in Big Allison only. We were longlining with minnows & jigs. Did try a little down by the Duke Power discharge but not much action. Most of the perch hit jigs tipped with minnows. We ended up with 2 bass, 15 crappies & about 60 perch. Some of the perch were good size but a lot were small.

Crappiekid & Brett were also doing pretty good with the crappies.

Planning on going again early in the morning.

Keep thinning the crop Mister Charles. Them perch are a good bad thing. Good to catch em when nothing else will bite.

Great report! I can't go dang it! Work is killing my fishing time.
