Like he said it's flash and flash should be longer than the tail. Using small flashabou it will have lots of action too and why I use Holographic Flashabou on my jigs. It has so much fire in the sun and the action is really good.

Ok. I have some flash stuff but I didn't know it was supposed to stick out that far. I thought it was one of those skinny feathers. Ima learning.

Some want to use the wider flash, but I like the original Flashabou which I think is like 1/64" wide?? What ever their regular size is it and the Holographic makes a difference also.

The Mfg. number of the Silver Holographic is 6991 and the Gold is 6992. These are the main two colors I use.
