Nice mess of fish. Thanks for sharing. Clark hill produces good fish.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Nice job! But I swear I don't know how yall caught fish longlining. I was at the Hill on Saturday as well. Mixed in with all the mob of boats in fishing creek. I long lined 6 rods with minnow tipped jigs a .9mph for 3 hours and caught 2 crappie! I was trolling 1/16 oz jigs and eventually added 1/16 split shot to get a little deeper. Watched people catch them all around me all day long. Finally said the heck with the LL and started casting a beetle spin. Immediately started catching them and ended up with 12 over the next 2 hours. Saved the day at least. This trolling stuff just hasn't worked for me. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm gonna stick with casting for the next few weeks anyway.

You might have been fishing under the fish.

Next time you go try using a couple 1/32 road runners in your spread. If it is cloudy and no sun use dark colors and if sun is out use bright colors. Also have a blue/black chartreuse in there some where. That was our number 1 color. Hope this helps some
