Thread: Neely henry crappie usa

The wind was not my friend today. Couldn't fish my waypoints where I have been catching them, 1 1/2 - 2' swells, trolling motor on 10, could only get to 0.5 . Had to go to plan B, same thing, plan C, same thing. Finally found some calm water at plan D, caught a lot of fish, just no size. Had a dandy 18-19" 3+ lb come off at back of boat, yep that kind of day. I finished with 6.63, and in 9 th place in amateur division, would be in fifth if in pro. Hope tomorrow brings better results. Will give final result tomorrow evening after tournament ends. Also got lucky at the seminar, bought $20 worth of raffle tickets, one of them was the first one called, had my choice of goodies, chose the new precision minn kota,two bank, 15 amp each, on board charger. Looked it up when I got home, $349.99 at bass pro. So it doesn't matter what I place in tournament in my eyes I'm already a winner, lol. Might sell it at a discounted price if anyone may be interested.

WTG on that raffle!!!! Supposed to not be as windy tomorrow, hope you get on them. Sounds like you're in the thick of it though. Good Luck.
