I would think leasing a lot at Washington would be a much better set-up than Beulah. Better fishing and less hoodlums at Washington in my opinion.

Beulah is ok. I grew up fishing Beulah Crevess aka Merigold. Wore out the crappie. Never fished in Beulah much until couple years ago. I want a lot over there for a camper as some where to go and stay without having to make two trips to get camper and boat somewhere.
