I've never fish Barnett but welcome to from Pine Bluff!

Hello everyone; I am new on this forum. I used to fish a lot, but unfortunately for the past 10-12 years life got busy with marriage and kids. Getting back into crappie fishing and Barnett Lake is 20 minutes from my house. Anyone have any pointers for me? Seems like the 10-12 years off the water I have "lost my touch" so any advice is appreciated.

Dennis Bayless (midsouth man) moved out there a year or so ago . If anyone might be able to give you some tips, it would be him.

That lake looks like a fish on every cast. The crappie are out there they have to be. Take big white spinner bait with you just in case you get bored chasing the the crappie.

Right now thru the spawn can catch them near the bank jig and cork. Mainly all black CRAPPIE. They suspend in the trees and constantly move shadowing Shad schools very tough to be consistent there
