Since I won't be bringing fish as planned, update me as follows...

1.) I will supply soft drinks for Friday and Saturday night already iced down in ice chest.
2.) Sister (Pat) will bring green beans with new potatoes for Saturday night.

I've read all 5 pages, looks like we need lg trash bags, drum liners or 35 gal? Sides for the chili, how about some shreaded cheddar cheese, sour cream and a jar of sliced jalapeño peppers. I'll pick that up. Someone mentioned they needed a hand slicing and dicing, I'm your man " have knives and cutting board will travel." If there is anything else we may need just let me know. The last time I went fishing on Toledo Bend was in my senior year of high school 1975, it still had trees standing in it. Man Ya'll sure know how to through a party!

That sounds good Skippa.....can you cook?....my wife was going to do rice for Saturday night for the crawfish etoufee but she is down with her back and can not make it.....I already have the rice and big pot that I am bringing for the rice but I have never cooked rice and would hate to mess up on my first pot....or, if any else would like to volunteer to do this it would take a lot of worry off me....I could get her to cook it on Wednesday night but do not know if it will still be good for Saturday night....I would bring something else in it's place.....

Bruce, get yourself a rice cooker...no cooking skills necessary.
