I appreciate the thoughts and prayers but will never be accused of being a Republican. I'm a proud right-wing Conservative Independent.

I got word yesterday that my back issue is not so bad it will require surgery (prayers answered!!). I will have an injection into the nerve bundle area next Tuesday. My chiropractor endorsed this course of treatment after she reviewed my MRI and radiologist report.

I had a very dear friend call me last night to check on my progress. He is a hunter who has traveled all over the world to take trophies that I get to mount. When I told him about the injections, he said "How do you think I was able to travel to British Columbia and Mongolia?" He had the pain injections in his spine prior to his trips so he could tolerate the pain issues he has had for quite some time. He said he gets about 1 year of relief when he has the injections.

Fingers crossed!!
