I finally found some time to get out today. The fish were very slow, but I managed half a limit with about two dozen short fish. Best bait was a 1/16oz Marabou Jig in Chartreuse, single pole on laydowns. The water was stained with visibility of about a foot and 54 degrees.

Were you on Arsenal land, or above/below it?

Below, can't legally go past the barrels on Indian Creek. I tried Barron Fork also, but didn't get any from there. The water was 50 degrees coming out of Barron Fork. All the fish were deep, nothing shallower than 6 feet down. It should get much better with the warm weather.
