    thanks speck, little information on Mo site and license office said no but my boat owning bud's say yes. on site info it doesn't look like it. will call tho to make sure.

    Boat , motor and trailer all have separate titles in Missouri.

    Thanks barry but I have been on that site and it is not clear that you have a seperate title for motor. sent message to state office and waiting for reply. don't want to go to different office, could be a real mess if they want to charge me sales tax on that too after paying an incredible amount already

    Go to ask the agent he will tell you if he looks for sticker on motor or not.

    The motor has to be registered and a sticker put on the left side.
    it is a one time deal. We usedto have to pay periodically.
    so you better check on it.
    Electric trolling motors no longer need to be registered.
