    When you say power plant is that the damn or that area I see the white plume coming from? I live in ft mill and have only put in in the south east parts

    Ah. Thanks for clearing that up. I really need to explore a little more. I've just been told on certain spots you'll need a Nc and Sc license to I just stick to the sc side for now.

    Nuke plant is SC side. Big Allison creek is the discharge. water always a few degrees warmer and the bait stacks up there when its cold out.

    It's a good spot to fish in the winter if you don't mind fishing late nights. Sometimes the fish won't come in till later that night but when they do it's alot of fun on 4 lb line with jigs
