    That was my issue. Wife doesn't fish often but the lighter the better. And I've found the lighter does come up and out of the holder easier. Thanks for the picture. Now to find some at a good price.

    Dont understand why some folks worried about weight on spyder rig poles.....they in rod holders untill you set the hook on a fish.

    Academy sports has the shakespeare "agility" for under 28.00 . This was a few weeks back so you may want to call . pretty solid reel . not the best but way better than some of the lower end for sure .

    Let you release line out easy, like when fishing real shallow you can mash the thumb bar and let line out instead of shucking the pole back to get the fish in, way easier once you get the hang of it. Better drag too
