    Default Hello Again/New Boat

Hey guys, been lurking since the Fall, not much to add as I have been boatless. I sold my 17ft console and my little duck boat back in August or so. Had 40 years between the two motors, tired of mixing gas, no longer needed a souped up 25 to race to the duck holes, tires of finding spots to park 2 boats etc. so I sold everything but one trailer and all my rods and racks. Ordered a new boat and motor back in September and finally brought it home a few weeks ago. 1756 Havoc DBST with a 50 hp Tohatsu 4 stroke. It's time to start rigging it back up. Still have all my hi teks. Gonna put 2 pedestals in front of the hatch on front deck. Got to start over on graphs and trolling motor. Have 2 battery trays up front, want a tm that can link to graphs. Have my creekslick rod rack but may need some gunnel attachments for it now. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks guys.

Put 3 pedestals bases across the front in case you fish alone part of the time . Great looking boat , should last for years . and hunting

Very nice. I like the Havoc boats from what I can tell. The hull designer is the same as for the Edge boats, and I really liked the one I got to fish from. I hope you enjoy it and that it will be all you want or need in a boat.

Starting to see a lot of that boat around. Folks say it draws very little water. You will enjoy it. All the new motors
have telephone pole tillers on them but you'll be sitting out towards the end of it and except for sharp turns that will
    be an asset.

Nice looking rig. No doubt you'll have it looking like a million bucks in no time. Bet it's a rocket with that motor.

Great boat and a power house to push it

Rigging a boat is always the fun part. Good luck and congrats on the new boat!
